Madison County Sheltered Workshop was founded in 1993, originally named the 3-R Center. We are a non-profit company that has been organized to serve the Madison County area.
Over the years, we have changed the name but the mission of the Workshop has not. We are committed to providing quality employment to people with mental and physical disabilities, excellent service to our customers, and building dignity, pride, and confidence in our employees.
We provide that service by contracting work from other local companies at a cost lower than it would cost to hire new employees and purchase new equipment. We also operate a full time Thrift Store as a way to engage the local community.
