Our Clients

The Madison County Sheltered Workshop is a unique place when it comes to clients. Essentially, we serve two different kinds of clients.

Our main focus, and primary set of clients, are people with mental and physical disabilities. The Workshop's main mission is to provide meaningful and reliable employment to people with mental and physical disabilities. The only way that we can provide this service is to contract work with other companies.

This leads us to the other type of client, other companies. We contract work from other companies in order to provide employment for the people that we serve. The contract company will send us work that needs to be done and we will perform that work for a cost less than what the company would pay to hire additional personnel or purchase equipment.

We typically focus on contracts that revolve around assembly, counting, and sorting but are not limited in possibilities.
